Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Pipixer app, website and related account services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Your media and projects

You keep ownership of media, projects and other content you create or import. You give Pipixer a limited permission to store, process, copy and transmit content only as needed to provide an operation you request, maintain account recovery, protect the service or comply with law.

Only use content you created or have permission to record, edit, export or share. You are responsible for consent, copyright, privacy, publicity and other rights applying to your content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Pipixer, interfere with security or service operation, access another person's account, distribute malware, evade usage controls, or use the service to create or facilitate unlawful, deceptive, abusive or rights-infringing material.

Community sharing and availability

If you request community publication, you authorise delivery of the approved content to its selected audience. Uploading does not guarantee publication. Content is subject to safety checks, review, removal and the community guidelines. You can report content and appeal eligible decisions through the available app controls or support.

The community release is undergoing certification. Features can depend on release stage, device capability, iOS permissions, network access and backend availability. Local editing and local project files can continue when an online service is unavailable, subject to device storage and media availability.

Exports and backups

Review exported media before relying on it. Keep independent copies of important original media and completed exports. Pipixer is not a substitute for your own archival backup.

Account suspension and deletion

We may restrict an account to protect users, rights or service security, or where required by law. You can initiate account deletion inside the app. Local project packages remain on the device until you delete them or remove local app data.

Service changes

We may correct defects, improve the app, change online services or discontinue a feature. We will update the app description and policies when a material change affects what users receive or how information is handled.

Warranty and liability

Pipixer is provided with the guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise, to the extent law permits, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Pipixer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss where that exclusion is permitted. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot be excluded.
